Week 6 Day 1 (Monday)

Weigh In =329.6  Loss 5 weeks = 30.4 lbs
My thinking is that introducing the 50% Cacoa knocked me out of ketosis, so I'm going to stop eating that for awhile.  I believe I have gotten off the plateau I was on this last week by stopping eating it.

I feel like I have the flu, so definitely believe I got knocked out of ketosis and am now back in.

We took a ride to see out 2 houses on the East side, Oakwood Assembly in Pleasant Hill and home on MLK
