Week 5 Day 1 (Monday)

Weighed: 331.4  28.6 lbs lost in 28 days!!!

Worked in backyard, putting out mulch etc.

Ate 8 oz broiled ground beef & salad. Got stuffed and couldn't finish meat.

Went to Trader Joe's, Walmart & CVS

Results after 4 weeks (28 Days) is amazing. I've lost 28.6 lbs in 28 days. I usually don't get weighed but once a week, but this past week, I have, and I've steadily lost 1 lb a day!
The only day I ate more than 1 meal was the first day. Ever since I just haven't been hungry until about 3-5PM, so I'm just eating that one meal each day. I just found out this is called IF. For years, my dream was to actually "forget" to eat a meal. Now I'm "forgetting" to eat 2 meals a day. LOL!
Averages per day:
Grams Net Carbs: 9.25
Grams Fat: 108.32
Grams Protein: 76.54
Calories: 1352
Highest Calories in one day was 2270, and the lowest was 395. I have had no extra exercise other than walking through stores and working in the yard. I have always been constipated, so this Plan is only exacerbating that. Spinach & Coconut Oil didn't really work but once. I had hoped that eating 3 pieces of Simply Lite - 50% Cacao daily would help it, but it isn't. So, using a suppository (once a week) at present is my only solution.
The first week or so, my equilibrium seemed to be messed up, so I drank a cup of Chicken Broth, but lately that seems to have corrected itself. The first 2 weeks I seemed to need an afternoon nap, but I'm not feeling the need for that now.
As per instructions, after 1 month, I will re-calculate my Macro. Thanks to everyone for their help with all my questions in the last month.
