Week 3, Day 1

Weight: 347.2 / Lost 1 lb this week.  Total 12.8

Went to Walmart, walked approx 15 mins
Had a cup of Basic Chili at 3pm
& 3.5 servings of canned spinach with 1 TBL Coconut Oil
 These last 2 are supposed to eliminate constipation that I'm experiencing

Walked to Pawn Max = 30 mins RT

Had some snacks:
Watermelon
Peanuts
Cheese
Chicken Broth

Totals

86g Fat
78g Protein
1183 Calories
