1/3 bup Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

For Supper I had 3 Arby's Classic Roast Beef w/o buns

Day 6

Got up at 5AM
Took Maryann to Donita's
Darby & I went to Prayer Breakfast at 56th Street Chapel in Tampa
I had 3 fried eggs, 6 slices bacon, sausage patty, sausage link & 1 TBL Butter
Coffee with whipping cream & sweet n low.  Tasted pretty good.

Went to Tampa Parade of Homes with Donita, Aubrina, Maryann, Darby
Probably walked at least 1 hour total, between houses, up & down stairs, and through them

Went back to Donita's and had 1 hamburger patty & about 8" sausage link

Had Atkins Endulge Chocolate Candies for snack

Day 5

Slept 10 hours.
Not hungry until 4PM
Went to Walmart, walked 15 minutes (Burned 101 calories)
Bought 15 Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches
Ate just the meat from 3 of them for Supper - Someone reminded be this is actually my Breakfast, since I am "breaking" my Fast eating this meal. LOL!
Had an Atkins Endulge Carmel Nut Chew Bar for a snack

Day 4

Only got 2 hours sleep last night, after discovering the waterline from the meter to the house had been leaking for 2 months.  Last Month's bill was $191 and this month's $862!!!!  Looking online estimates to repair ran as high as $3000, so ergo the difficulty sleeping.

In the morning, called Zephyrhills Water and they sent out a technician and they repaired it and are sending me a form to get the overage refunded.  WHEW!  What a relief.

Once again, I wasn't hungry until 3pm
Had 3/4 cup of Macadamia's
For supper I had 3 eggs & 3 slices of bacon fried with 2 TBL butter

Went to Thurs night auction in Dade City
For Snack I had 2 oz Turkey Ham, 4 oz Cheddar Cheese & 1 cup Chix broth
Watched the NFL Draft on TV

Day 3


Not hungry again until 2pm - more interested in taking a nap, which I did from 1-2
At 2pm, fried up 4 slices of bacon and 3 eggs with 2 TBL butter
Watered all the outdoor plants and sprayed clean the outside of the outside unit of the A/C
Went to Church and then Walmart for a few groceries
Bought 2 double cheeseburgers for $3, and told them to keep the buns, nothing on them
Ate these for my supper
For a snack .25 cup of Dry Roasted Macadamias & Atkins Endulge Chocolate Peanut Candies

Day 2

Not really hungry, so skipped breakfast.
Had 1/2 cup of Avocado around 2pm
Went to our Tuesday Auction. - didn't buy anything Ate 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Had 9 oz of baked hamburger - 2 patties with butter juice
Had 1 String Cheese for a snack at 10:30pm

Day 1 - The Adventure Begins

Breakfast of 2 fried eggs & 3 slices of fried bacon, to which I added a TBL of butter.  Drank 16 oz of water.
I wasn't really hungry all day.
For supper baked 2 - 80% Ground Beef Patties.  Mixed in Garlic flakes, Garlic salt, Oregno & Italian Seasoning. Pushed a hunk of butter (1/2 TBL) into the top of each. Baked 20 minutes without turning.  Turned off oven to cool a bit  Ate 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese while waiting for it to bake.
 Ate the patties (9 oz total) with the juice.  Best hamburger I've ever eaten, and I didn't have to put any salt on it.
Drinking water all day
Walked around Walmart today, otherwise, no other exercise.
