Weigh In =329.6  Loss 5 weeks = 30.4 lbs
My thinking is that introducing the 50% Cacoa knocked me out of ketosis, so I'm going to stop eating that for awhile.  I believe I have gotten off the plateau I was on this last week by stopping eating it.

I feel like I have the flu, so definitely believe I got knocked out of ketosis and am now back in.

We took a ride to see out 2 houses on the East side, Oakwood Assembly in Pleasant Hill and home on MLK

Results after 4 weeks (28 Days) is amazing. I've lost 28.6 lbs in 28 days. I usually don't get weighed but once a week, but this past week, I have, and I've steadily lost 1 lb a day!
The only day I ate more than 1 meal was the first day. Ever since I just haven't been hungry until about 3-5PM, so I'm just eating that one meal each day. I just found out this is called IF. For years, my dream was to actually "forget" to eat a meal. Now I'm "forgetting" to eat 2 meals a day. LOL!
Averages per day:
Grams Net Carbs: 9.25
Grams Fat: 108.32
Grams Protein: 76.54
Calories: 1352
Highest Calories in one day was 2270, and the lowest was 395. I have had no extra exercise other than walking through stores and working in the yard. I have always been constipated, so this Plan is only exacerbating that. Spinach & Coconut Oil didn't really work but once. I had hoped that eating 3 pieces of Simply Lite - 50% Cacao daily would help it, but it isn't. So, using a suppository (once a week) at present is my only solution.
The first week or so, my equilibrium seemed to be messed up, so I drank a cup of Chicken Broth, but lately that seems to have corrected itself. The first 2 weeks I seemed to need an afternoon nap, but I'm not feeling the need for that now.
As per instructions, after 1 month, I will re-calculate my Macro. Thanks to everyone for their help with all my questions in the last month.

Went to Westover Baptist Church, 1st time in 6 months - we both got a culture shock compared to Fellowship Bible Church in Zephyrhills.  All Contemporary songs except 1.  Only 60 people.

We didn't go out to eat at a Restaurant because it messes with my schedule/diet

Sprayed weeds again and fixed bottom of back door and took out leaves & garbage
Made an omelet with Johnsonville Andouille Sausage, shredded cheese, salad olives & 3 eggs

Tried the Chocolate and LOVED IT.  Up to now, I have hated any dark chocolate, but this tasted sweet - and only 1 Net Carb for 3 pieces!!!

Had 1/2 cup Macadamias (I think it might be giving me the fiber need to poop)

I had the Prime Rib (10oz). I told the waitress I wanted one with lots of fat. She said, "You mean no fat?" I said, no, lots of fat, I'm on a high fat diet. She gave me one with lots of it too! I also had Sauteed Mushrooms as one of my sides and the House Salad as the other one. No tomato, just egg, cheese and Blue Cheese Dressing.
