Week 2 - Day 1

Weighed this morning: 348.2
Loss 1st week: 11.8 lbs

Not hungry.
Baked a mess of Chicken Thighs
Late last night made Basic Chili w/o beans.  Not impressed with taste, needs more chili powder

My equilibrium seems to be off a bit today, so I drank 1/2 cup Chicken Broth with some added salt
Had 2 Baked Chicken Thighs at 4PM

Had a cup of Chicken broth before going to bed
And Atkins Endulge Chocolate Candies

Totals for the day:

 3g Carbs
25g Fat
30g Protein

395 Calories
