Day 253 (Mon) 1/1/18 Started Modified Plan

After 3 mos of trying to get beyond a loss of 80 lbs, I'm modifying to 1200 Calories per day and keeping under 100g Carbs

Totals: 46g Net Carbs, 73g Fat, 115g Protein - 1330 Calories
