Bought 15 Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches
Ate just the meat from 3 of them for Supper - Someone reminded be this is actually my Breakfast, since I am "breaking" my Fast eating this meal. LOL!
Had an Atkins Endulge Carmel Nut Chew Bar for a snack
