I wasn't really hungry all day.
For supper baked 2 - 80% Ground Beef Patties. Mixed in Garlic flakes, Garlic salt, Oregno & Italian Seasoning. Pushed a hunk of butter (1/2 TBL) into the top of each. Baked 20 minutes without turning. Turned off oven to cool a bit Ate 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese while waiting for it to bake.
Ate the patties (9 oz total) with the juice. Best hamburger I've ever eaten, and I didn't have to put any salt on it.
Drinking water all day
Walked around Walmart today, otherwise, no other exercise.
